Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction sector
• Licensed/graduated with a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention or a Higher Degree in OHS
• Valid driving license B
• Availability for national travel

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage occupational risk prevention on assigned construction sites, conducting regular visits and inspections
• Develop, review, and update Safety and Health Plans (PSS), risk assessments, and preventive procedures
• Identify risks and non-compliance issues, proposing preventive and corrective measures
• Supervise the preventive documentation of workers, sites, and subcontractors, including Coordination of Business Activities (CAE)
• Coordinate actions with Own and External Prevention Services
• Advise construction teams on safety, quality, and environmental matters
• Deliver preventive training, manage PPE, and conduct OHS measurements
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and track accident indicators
• Participate in audits, labor inspections, and preventive coordination meetings
• Oversee waste management and compliance with environmental and quality procedures
• Conduct visits and travel to construction sites and workplaces nationwide
