Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient safety walk-rounds in clinical and non-clinical departments
• Monitor, analyze, and report on clinical practices and operational processes from a patient safety perspective
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Patient Feedback and Complaint Management System
• Plan and conduct patient satisfaction surveys, analyze findings, and present reports
• Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly Quality Management reports for assigned facilities
• Coordinate and participate in internal quality audits and follow up on corrective actions
• Facilitate awareness sessions and training on quality improvement methodologies and patient safety
• Maintain quality databases and monitor quality indicators
