• Maintain database for work orders

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all procurement activities related to Laboratory Fixed Assets and Imports of General items
• Review and compare quotations received from vendors, preparing detailed comparative reports
• Maintain a comprehensive work order database
• Prepare and process work orders for repair and maintenance services, ensuring departmental approval
• Review and cross-check purchase orders against vendor prices for all general item procurements
• Conduct necessary fieldwork for procurement-related tasks, especially during urgent situations
• Maintain accurate records of all Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and associated supporting documents
• Perform all assigned tasks diligently as directed by the Supervisor
