Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock levels of general and medical items

• Regularly update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System or Manual Stock Registers
• Conduct physical stock counts periodically (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
• Issue items to departments as per approved requisitions and consumption norms
• Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward stock movement
• Ensure First Expiry First Out (FEFO) / First In First Out (FIFO) principles are followed
• Ensure all warehousing operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Keep documentation ready for audits and inspections
• Manage batch numbers, expiry dates, and lot tracking for pharmaceutical inventory
• Coordinate with procurement, pharmacy, and administration teams for stock replenishment
• Liaise with transport and logistics teams to manage deliveries and dispatches
