Skills

• Minimum sixteen (16) years of education in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering or Geology
• Master's degree (16 years education) in Mining Engineering, Geology, Mineral Economics, or related field
• Bachelor/Master's degree (16 years education) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years education) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Minimum nine (9) years of experience (with at least two in Mining Industry, Government Academia, Research & Development, Consultancy)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mining operations, mineral policy advisory, or project management in the mining sector
• Minimum 7 years of experience in oil refining operations, supply chain, marketing, or downstream development
• Minimum 3 years of financial analysis, pricing models, tariff assessment, or economic modeling related to the gas sector

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Technical Consultant (Minerals)
• Provide expertise in mining operations and policy advisory
• Act as an Oil Refining & Marketing Expert
• Contribute to supply chain and downstream development
• Function as a Financial Analyst (Gas)
• Conduct financial analysis and economic modeling
