• Maintain Operation theater equipment and premises
• Coordinate with Biomedical & maintenance departments
• Monitor procurement, repair & maintenance of Operating Rooms
• Arrange staff duties during city disruptions
• Maintain stock and conduct periodic auditing
• Prepare capital budget requirements for OR
• Monitor OR volumes and utilization
• Review and evaluate patient safety and suggest system changes
• Conduct management review committee meetings
• Carry out any other assigned tasks by the Chair, ORC
