Pakistan Meteorological Department: Deputy Project Director (MHSP) Opportunity

The Pakistan Meteorological Department is seeking a qualified Deputy Project Director (MHSP) to contribute to the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP). This role is crucial for strengthening hydromet and climate services in Pakistan. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the modernization of hydromet services within PMD.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and coordination, ensuring alignment with the World Bank's guidelines and objectives for the IFRAP initiative.

• Key Responsibility: Overseeing and managing aspects of the project related to hydromet and climate service modernization.
• Essential Qualification: Master's degree or equivalent in Meteorology, Hydrology, Geology, Physics, or a related field.
• Required Experience: A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required.
