Pakistan Science Foundation Announces Director General Position

The Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Director General (BS-21) at the Pakistan Museum of Natural History in Islamabad. This is a unique opportunity to lead a prestigious institution and contribute significantly to the field of natural sciences.

The ideal candidate will be an eminent scientist with a strong background in botany, zoology, geology, or climate change. They should also possess proven administrative abilities and experience in museum management. Having a track record of research publications in HEC-recognized journals is highly desirable.

• PhD in Botany, Zoology, Geology, or Climate Change
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in BS-17 and above, including 3 years in BS-20.
• Experience in museum curation, science communication, or heritage preservation preferred.
• Age between 45 and 55 years.
• Quota: Merit.
