• Online Application Submission: Complete the online application form accurately and submit it successfully.
• Generate Deposit Slip: After successful online application submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
• Deposit Test Fee: Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank. Ensure the candidate's copy of the deposit slip has the bank's desired stamp.
• Keep Deposit Slip Safe: Retain the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank's stamp for future reference. Do not share it with anyone.
• Post-Screening: After qualifying the screening test, candidates may be required to submit copies of testimonials/documents as and when requested by the Appointing Authority. Do not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online.
• Application Deadline: The last date for the submission of online applications is 7th October, 2026.
• Communication: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA regarding downloading and printing their Roll No. Slips. Ensure you provide a correct ported/converted mobile number.
• Test Details: The Test Date, Time, and Venue will be clearly mentioned on your Roll No. Slip.
• No Separate Call Letter: Please note that no separate call letter will be issued for the screening test through postal/courier means.
• NOC Requirement: Candidates currently working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if selected.
• Age Relaxation: General age relaxation is included in the mentioned age limits. Specific relaxations apply to candidates belonging to scheduled castes and Buddhists (3 years) and continuous Govt. service (10 years).
• Multiple Posts: If applying for more than one post, a separate application and fee must be submitted for each post.
