Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
• Ensure accurate stock records and inventory levels in the warehouse system
• Monitor stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Ensure medicines are stored according to recommended temperature, humidity, and safety conditions
• Monitor cold chain management for temperature-sensitive medications
• Inspect incoming pharmaceutical supplies for quality, expiry dates, and compliance
• Coordinate timely supply of medicines and consumables to pharmacy outlets, wards, and departments
• Monitor stock requests and ensure prompt fulfillment
• Prevent stock-outs and overstocking through proper planning and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital policies, and drug storage standards
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections
• Monitor handling and disposal of expired or damaged medicines according to regulatory guidelines
• Maintain warehouse records including stock registers, receiving logs, and dispatch records
• Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management review
• Monitor and supervise activities of all reporting staff
• Conduct trainings for junior staff
• Perform any other assigned task commensurate with knowledge and skills
