Pharmacist, Warehouse - Supply Chain at Indus Hospital & Health Network
We have an immediate opening for the post of Pharmacist, Warehouse - Supply Chain.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
- Ensure accurate stock records and inventory levels in the warehouse system
- Monitor stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure medicines are stored according to recommended temperature, humidity, and safety conditions
- Monitor cold chain management for temperature-sensitive medications
- Inspect incoming pharmaceutical supplies for quality, expiry dates, and compliance
- Coordinate timely supply of medicines and consumables to pharmacy outlets, wards, and departments
- Monitor stock requests and ensure prompt fulfillment
- Prevent stock-outs and overstocking through proper planning and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital policies, and drug storage standards
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections
- Monitor handling and disposal of expired or damaged medicines according to regulatory guidelines
- Maintain warehouse records including stock registers, receiving logs, and dispatch records
- Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management review
- Monitor and supervise activities of all reporting staff
- Conduct trainings for junior staff
- Perform any other assigned task commensurate with knowledge and skills
