Review, monitor and control drug profile and CPOE of all outpatient patients

Monitor high alert medication dispensation and provide all related precautions and information for proper administration

Assist pharmacist to develop hospital formulary and ensure its effective implementation

Contribute to the creation and effective implementation of the hospital's drug formulary
Foster robust communication channels among pharmacy, clinical, and nursing personnel
Address and resolve Health Management Information System (HMIS) issues
Generate and submit concise reports on identified HMIS problems
Monitor the stock levels of medications in crash trolleys
