Lead plant process design and engineering, including process development, optimization, and equipment selection
Develop and review H&MB, process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets
Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ISO, NFPA, and relevant safety standards
Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and vendors for procurement, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Develop mechanical designs and 3D CAD models for equipment, machinery, components, and assemblies
Apply engineering standards, GD&T, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturability requirements
Prepare and maintain BOMs, engineering drawings, specifications, and revision-controlled documentation
