Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and revise financial models, LBOs, and sensitivity analyses
• Manage the entire due diligence process, coordinating advisors
• Prepare investment memorandums and materials for the Investment Committee
• Support the structuring and execution of transactions from origination to closing
• Interact directly with entrepreneurs, management teams, advisors, and financiers
• Monitor portfolio companies and discuss performance with management
• Support value creation projects, add-on acquisitions, and exit processes
