Duties and Responsibilities:

• Steer and monitor the automated production process as a Process Operator
• Oversee and manage the process from the control room and on the production floor
• Operate and fine-tune process machinery, resolving technical issues
• Collect samples, conduct quality checks, and document findings
• Execute cleaning and sanitation tasks, contributing to food safety and workplace safety
• Adjust process settings and recipes in the PLC/SCADA system to ensure quality and throughput
• Perform initial troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions, escalating complex issues
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments
• Report needs for planned maintenance to the shift leader
• Work with continuous and semi-continuous production systems
• Take responsibility for specific line sections and ensure smooth shift handovers
