Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee Raw Material Portfolio, Contract Manufacturing and Procurement Operations for Turkey and Arabia Foods BU
• Implement procurement strategies in Turkey & Arabia, ensuring timely material delivery
• Monitor market price trends and report best pricing estimates for planning
• Identify and analyze opportunities for sustainable savings
• Provide accurate price forecasting to support budgeting and cash forecasting
• Optimize sourcing, supplier activities, and efficiencies, using relevant metrics and tools
• Collaborate with Foods Business and suppliers to drive key initiatives
• Lead initiatives to reduce complexity (e.g., harmonization of specs)
• Manage Operation Cash Flow and Working Capital plans for specific materials/services
• Support and manage supply chain issues, including crisis management
• Measure and manage overall supplier performance
• Continuously improve procurement activities
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team
• Support collaboration with senior leaders
• Lead strategic initiatives within the Foods Procurement Team
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent Unilever's interests in external strategic relationships
• Drive BU priorities such as innovations and savings projects
• Lead PMI activities for FG & RM PTAB
• Lead Material Strategy for Foods Category PTAB
