Skills

• Master Degree or equivalent (minimum sixteen years of education) in business, engineering, procurement, logistics management or supply chain management
• Diploma or certification in procurement, supply chain management or project management will be accorded due weightage
• At least, eight (08) years of documentary verifiable experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in procurement of Goods, Works, Consulting & Non-consulting services
• Knowledge and implementation experience of various international/subnational public procurement rules
• Proficiency in the use of computers (MS Office, Project Management Tools etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide subject consulting services for the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP)
• Indicate interest in providing services by submitting required information
• Demonstrate ability, skills, and relevant experience to perform the Services
• Provide a letter of Expression of Interest detailing ability, skills, and experience
• Submit a detailed, dated, and signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and experience
• Adhere to World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" November 2020
