Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support district-level implementation, coordination, and monitoring of ICCM activities
• Coordinate with government departments, health workers, and other stakeholders
• Assist in planning and organizing program activities like meetings and trainings
• Support CHW mapping, deployment, training, and record maintenance
• Collect, enter, manage, and report ICCM data using approved tools and systems
• Compile and review monthly reports from CHWs and health facilities
• Analyze program data, track indicators, and prepare regular reports
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
• Conduct data validation and supportive supervisory visits
• Verify commodity utilization against stock records
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records of program activities
• Support preparation of work plans, budgets, and progress reports
• Assist in preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, and logistical arrangements
• Provide orientation and technical support on data collection and reporting
• Share regular updates on program progress, data, gaps, and challenges
