Skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent recognized degree
• Master's or Ph.D.
• In Epidemiology, Veterinary Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field
• MBA, Master in Project Management, or MPA preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating large-scale programs
• Knowledge of international animal health programs
• Familiarity with international standards and experience in disease surveillance
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to data analysis and program management
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the Project "National Program for Animal Disease Surveillance, FMD & PPR Control and Animal Track & Traceability"
• Ensure project execution in compliance with approved project objectives and national priorities
• Manage all aspects of program execution, including budgeting and resource allocation
