Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day expenditures from imprest money in consultation with the District Officer
• Maintain proper records of all financial transactions
• Ensure the safe custody of all equipment as per the inventory list
• Verify and ensure the serviceability of all machines and equipment
• Distribute student stipends strictly based on daily attendance
• Maintain records of expenditures and finished products
• Uphold school discipline among students
• Operate a joint bank account with the District Officer for daily financial needs
• Train candidates according to the scheduled syllabus
• Prepare and announce student results during vacations
• Complete tasks for inducting new candidates
• Ensure training for new candidates commences in the first week of July and January
