- Coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Identify and promptly report any project risks or challenges encountered
- Assist in preparing meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are taken
- Support compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge management initiatives
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
