FCPS Part-II Training Session January 2026

Application Process for FCPS Part-II Training Program

Follow these steps to successfully apply for the FCPS Part-II Training Program:

• ✅ Online Application: Submit your online application through the web portal from December 12, 2025, to December 18, 2025. The official website is www.sshmadinatownfsd.com.pk/.
• 📝 Application Form: Fill out the application form available on the web portal.
• 📑 Document Submission: Download the filled application form and submit a hard copy, duly attested with all required documents, to the office of the Medical Superintendent.
• 📅 Submission Deadline: Ensure your application reaches the Medical Superintendent's office by December 18, 2025, between 08:00 AM and 02:00 PM. Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
• 🏢 In-Person Submission: Submit your applications in person to the office of the Medical Superintendent. Include all necessary documents in the "office file." You will receive a Diary Number upon submission. Applications sent through postal or courier services will not be entertained.

• Matric Certificate (Science Group) or equivalent
• Mark Sheet of MDCAT
• MBBS Degree or Equivalent recognized by PMDC

• Scheduled Caste Certificate/Domicile (only Punjab)
• Intermediate Certificate (Pre-Medical) or equivalent
• Detail of Marks of all Professional Exams of MBBS
• Attempt Certificate of Professional Exams
• House Job Certificate of 01-year completion
• FCPS Part-1 Completion
• Experience Certificate (Primary/Secondary/Tertiary Healthcare, Rural Health Centre, etc.)
• NOC issued by competent authority (for Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body Employee applicants (If Any)
• University Level Position Certificate issued by competent authority (if any) certificate of position issued by principal/vice principal will not be entertained.
• Any other relevant documents

Important Instructions:

• Candidates who have resigned from a previous induction session between January 2025 and July 2025 are not eligible to apply.
• PESSI employees applying for the current FCPS induction must have completed 05 years of regular PESSI service.
• Merit will be calculated according to the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab and Central Induction Policy guidelines issued on November 14, 2025.
• Provisional merit lists will be available on the web portal on December 26, 2025, and displayed on the notice board of the Medical Superintendent's office.
