Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the integral acquisition process for the center, excluding pharmacy
• Execute and monitor purchase operations from request to delivery and issue resolution
• Coordinate the Purchasing area and Logistics personnel for efficient supply chain operations
• Design, develop, and implement new purchasing procedures, including supplier homologation and evaluation
• Plan and supervise purchasing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and supply continuity
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms and overseeing contracts
• Liaise with various center departments to identify and fulfill purchasing needs
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, applicable regulations, and economic efficiency criteria
• Drive continuous improvement in purchasing and logistics processes through performance indicators and optimization proposals
• Participate in the elaboration and monthly follow-up of the Annual Management Plan
