Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve regional sales objectives by managing sales teams, including Team Leaders and Relationship Managers, ensuring sales targets are met monthly/quarterly
Provide periodic updates on region-wise portfolio positioning, performance attribution, and track profitability in line with assigned KPIs
Review and prepare action plans, implement product, quality, and customer-service standards
Develop branch-specific sales action plans and conduct special campaigns to drive sales/create leads
Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities in assigned regions
Expand and sustain the customer base, build and maintain rapport with key customers, and identify new sales opportunities
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the establishment of one-bank culture
Propose and supervise scheduled regional sales activities and effective deployment of the same
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to help drive regional sales
Ensure regional sales teams achieve their full potential and have access to appropriate support, market trends, and complete product knowledge of the Bank as well as peers
Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
Manage staff through coaching, motivation, support, and direction to ensure they deliver high standards of performance
Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, banking instructions, and procedures
Maintain all files/documentation and ensure comprehensive records maintenance related to daily business
Ensure that audit requirements and observations related to business are addressed (both internal and external) and implement measures to minimize and curtail recurrence
Ensure that Shariah compliant environment is maintained at IBWs within the Region
Ensure all processes are completed within the specified TAT
Ensure all SOPs are followed as per policies and procedure of the Bank
Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
