Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional sales objectives by managing sales teams and ensuring targets are met

• Monitor competitor activities and marketing strategies
• Expand and sustain the customer base, building rapport and identifying new sales opportunities

• Propose and supervise regional sales activities and their deployment
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Ensure regional sales teams have adequate support and market knowledge

• Manage staff by coaching, motivating, and directing them to ensure high performance standards
• Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and procedures
• Maintain all files, documentation, and comprehensive business records
