Ability to manage emergencies including cardiac arrest, arrhythmias, and shock
Experience with Clinical & Point Of Care Ultrasound for fluid management
Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Ability to act as shift supervisor in the absence of seniors

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide complete management for all MICU and MHDU patients
Oversee airway and ventilatory support, sedation, analgesia, and vasopressors/inotropes in MICU
Manage NIV/airway support/Intubation in MHDU and MICU
Perform Central lines, DL catheters, Art
Line, Femoral sheath, and LP procedures in MICU and MHDU
Lead emergency response for cardiac arrest, arrhythmias, shock, and serve as Team Lead for the Rapid Response Team
Utilize Clinical & Point Of Care Ultrasound for fluid balance management in MICU
Assume administrative duties as shift supervisor, ensuring effective communication with hospital staff and medical officers
Maintain patient and family counselling
