Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of instructions from management, security officer, and supervisor
• Verify all luggage, vehicles, visitors, and staff entering hospital premises
• Check all visitors and staff entering Emergency, Wards, and internal hospital areas
• Validate gate passes for outgoing luggage
• Guard and patrol the hospital boundaries effectively
• Monitor hospital employees at the main gate after duty hours
• Ensure visitors adhere to specified visiting hours
• Inspect all offices, stores, and departments after closing times
• Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering hospital premises
• Provide escort and assistance to visitors, patients, and employees
• Ensure all vehicles are parked in designated areas
• Conduct proper shift handovers, following all protocols and procedures
• Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department
