• Expert knowledge of Interest Rate Swaps (IRS)
• Experience with Fixed Income products
• Familiarity with electronic trading flows (pre-trade and post-trade)
• Proven ability to work directly with traders
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and user story definition
• Strong analytical and results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with business and technology profiles

Duties and Responsibilities:
