Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise the gerocultor team's activities
• Plan and oversee the execution of tasks by the team
• Ensure the quality of care provided
• Train and inform team members
• Act as a liaison between the team and center management
• Manage team resources efficiently
• Ensure compliance with legal, quality, and internal regulations
• Participate in employee development and motivation
• Support center management in conflict resolution related to the area
• Report on team activities, incidents, and resolutions to management
• Oversee and control activities within the area, including outsourced services
• Ensure coordination with other center teams (nursing, cleaning, kitchen)
