• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to connect content, policy, finance, and implementation
• Serve as a content and process sparring partner for executives, project teams, and external partners
• Bring overview, cohesion, and direction to complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Mentor junior and medior colleagues
• Deliver training sessions to clients
• Actively generate new project opportunities
