• Qualifications: BS in Computer Science/Electronics/Communication/IT or Intermediate

Skills

• BS in Computer Science / Electronics / Communication / IT with at least 2nd Division and five (05) years' experience of managing IT support operations in a large organization
• Intermediate with (10) years' experience of managing IT support operations in a large organization
• Candidates having one or more relevant professional certifications like ITIL, MCSE, CCNA will be given preference
• Experience of monitoring, managing and providing Technical Support IT Systems and Networks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
