• Develop mechanisms for monitoring and implementing work processes, preparing compliance reports
• Offer administrative support for accreditation, registration, and licensing of healthcare facilities
• Prepare Quality Audit reports, propose action plans, and coordinate for quality improvement
• Define monitoring mechanisms for ongoing compliance with standards
• Identify administrative training needs and conduct training sessions for staff
• Carry out regular field visits to community sites as required
• Work effectively in teams and establish harmonious working relations
