• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by compiling necessary financial data
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget utilization across various healthcare programs
• Track expenses, ensuring they align with approved budgets and funding guidelines
• Prepare variance analysis reports and highlight key financial insights to the Assistant Manager, Finance
• Manage the financial transactions related to billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure proper recording and tracking of donor funds and grants
• Assist in financial reporting for grants, ensuring compliance with donor requirements
• Support grant audits by maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Prepare financial documents and reports for internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with non-profit financial regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies
• Assist in implementing internal controls to safeguard financial resources
• Support cash flow monitoring and fund disbursement activities
• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with finance teams across different locations to ensure consistency in financial processes
• Support finance staff in resolving accounting and financial queries
• Assist in training junior finance team members on financial procedures and compliance
• Perform any other task assigned by the immediate Supervisor that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills
