Skills

• Review and process Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs)
• Coordinate with departments for technical discussions
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
• Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and Purchase Orders (POs)
• Coordinate with logistics/transport providers
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain an approved vendor list
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and financial policies
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Liaise with Finance/Accounts for vendor payments
• Handle urgent/emergency PRFs within defined turnaround times

• Coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of items to hospital locations
• Manage and maintain an approved vendor list
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies and regulations
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records and vendor documentation
• Facilitate timely vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
• Address urgent procurement requests promptly
• Generate reports on procurement activities and performance
• Assist in audits related to procurement
