Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of engineering, maintenance, and technical items, including generators, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing, and MEP-related materials and services
Review technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and scopes of work in coordination with the Maintenance Department
Obtain quotations, prepare technical and commercial comparative statements, and evaluate vendors
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate technical compliance before procurement
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and service contracts
Source and develop qualified technical vendors and maintain an approved vendor database
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, warranties, and after-sales support with suppliers
Coordinate the procurement of CAPEX and maintenance-related projects
Monitor project deliveries and ensure materials are supplied within agreed timelines
Maintain complete procurement records, contracts, and supporting documentation
Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers for technical equipment and spare parts procurement
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and organizational procedures
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department
