• Document all interventions on the system
• Compile and prepare presentations on Effective Interventions

• Develop strong communication between Pharmacies and floor staff
• Identify and correct HMIS related problems
• Review and monitor stock of all crash trolley medicines
• Provide current and accurate drug information to healthcare professionals
• Record drug information data and prepare graphical reports
• Provide technical and administrative support to Pharmacists and Technicians
• Train interns
• Provide counseling to Doctors, staff, patients and their families for safe drug use
• Arrange Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs
• Monitor and record all non-formulary drugs arranged for inpatients
• Perform all related tasks assigned by Manager Pharmacy/ Assistant Manager Pharmacy
