• Monitor project progress and highlight issues impacting the project
• Prepare construction schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Ensure safety precautions and quality standards are met during project execution
• Maintain proper documentation and reports of all engineering activities
• Supervise construction activities on-site according to specifications in drawings and BOQ
• Measure and value actual work done on-site against work orders/BOQ
• Check and test construction materials as per specifications
• Assist and guide contractors on work plans, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with Facility Management, Supply Chain, Housekeeping, Security, and Safety teams
• Utilize AutoCAD for design and documentation
• Travel extensively to supervise construction activities and assess new interventions across Pakistan
• Perform all tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or management
