Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee functional and technical aspects of the Mental Health Program
• Train and supervise Lay Mental Health Officers (MHOs)
• Implement Programmatic protocols across intervention sites
• Conduct clinical sessions with clients
• Organize regular training on basic counseling skills at the facility level
• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for MHOs
• Identify and provide capacity-building sessions for MHOs
• Ensure regular training and reinforcement of service protocols
• Provide guidance and feedback to MHOs on screening and counseling
• Discuss problematic or complex cases with MHOs
• Accompany MHOs on supervision
• Provide regular in-person or tele-consultation
• Conduct personal psychotherapy with clients diagnosed with severe anxiety, depression, and other disorders
• Manage data and focus on the Monitoring and Evaluation strategy
• Present Programmatic Progress to the Manager
