Skills

• Develop and implement comprehensive anesthesia plans
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and consultations
• Administer anesthetics to induce and maintain controlled unconsciousness
• Monitor and manage patient's vital life functions
• Manage patient's airway and ensure adequate oxygenation
• Provide post-acute and chronic pain relief
• Perform pain-relieving procedures and prescribe medication
• Counsel patients and families on pain management strategies
• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in SICU
• Deliver advanced life support
• Manage patient recovery in PACU and surgical ward
• Consult patients and families, obtain informed consent
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments
• Perform procedures within credentialing limits
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patients
• Respect patient dignity, cultural, religious, and social sensitivities
• Ensure patient care complies with IHN standards and regulatory authorities
• Ensure quality and safety of patient care interventions
• Efficient utilization of resources
• Engage with other teams for high-quality care
• Allocate appropriate time, space, and manpower for patient care
• Contribute to emergency preparedness
• Participate in CME and professional development activities
• Participate in relevant professional bodies
