• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering
• 5-10 years of proven experience managing high-rise building projects
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in surveying
• Hands-on experience in total station operations for high-rise projects
• Hands-on experience in setting out for high-rise projects
• Hands-on experience in leveling for high-rise projects
• Hands-on experience in surveying for high-rise projects
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying
• Expertise in quantity take-offs
• Expertise in BOQ preparation
• Expertise in IPCs preparation
• Expertise in cost estimation
• Expertise in variation orders
• Expertise in contract administration

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage civil engineering projects
• Oversee daily project operations
