Sindh IT Company (SITC), the Government of Sindh's leading digital transformation entity, seeks a dynamic and experienced Manager HR to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to shaping the digital future of Sindh by driving effective HR strategies and initiatives.

As Manager HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead and manage HR functions within a technology-focused organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management Sciences.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR.
• Expertise in HR policy formulation, workforce planning, and compensation & benefits structuring.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
