- Step 1: Online Application Candidates must complete their online application and registration on the official SIBA Testing Services (STS) portal: https://apply.sts.net.pk/.
- Step 2: Fee Payment After completing the online form, download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees fifteen hundred only). This fee is non-refundable. Additionally, latest recruitment are available for qualified candidates. The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank LTD branch or via the MyABL App, or through the internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank using the 1Bill reference number.
- Step 3: Document Upload Ensure you upload the following mandatory documents: CNIC (front & back), Domicile Certificate, PRC/Form-D, one recent photograph, Academic documents, Death Certificate, Obituary & Affidavit of Spouse / widow & other legal heirs of Shaheed / Deceased, and Declaration for permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees (for Invalidated quota only).
- Step 4: Eligibility Verification All applicants' claims will be considered, processed, and entertained as per the Quota Recruitment Rules-2021.
- Step 5: Adherence to Rules Strict adherence to the Shaheed Act-2014 and Quota Recruitment Rules-2021 is required. Candidates whose father/mother died/invalidated before 02.09.2002 should not apply for the Deceased Quota. Applications for Deceased/Invalidated quota are to be submitted within two years of the death/invalidation of the employee.
- Step 6: Test/Interview Information Original certificates will be verified for candidates called for tests/interviews. Any false declaration may lead to disqualification. Details regarding the date, time, and venue of tests will be communicated via SMS alerts and uploaded on the STS website/portal.
- Step 7: Final Date for Application The last date for submission of online applications and age calculation is 15.10.2026.
Note: No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview. Sindh Police reserves the right to increase or decrease vacancies.
