• Basic VCA certification or willingness to obtain it

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembling complete grabbers from drawings
• Accurately welding components to precise measurements
• Setting up components with jigs, clamps, and tack welds
• Performing MIG/MAG welding on thick high-strength steel structures
• Conducting visual weld inspections
• Fitting pins and bushings, checking tolerances
• Deburring, straightening, and finishing parts
• Mounting cylinders, hoses, and nipples
• Conducting function and leak tests
• Measuring, registering, and proposing improvements
• Operating overhead cranes, lifting tables, and using PPE
