• Qualification: LLB
• Experience: 60 months minimum

Skills

• Practicing Advocate with minimum 5 years of High Court experience
• Experience in contesting criminal cases, especially narcotics cases
• Member of Punjab Bar Council / Sialkot Bar Association
• Citizen of Pakistan, resident of or settled in Sialkot
• No political affiliation and no involvement in criminal cases
• Must have good character and no involvement in immoral activities
• Must not be dismissed from public service or declared bankrupt
• Ability to appear in court as defence counsel in narcotics related cases of any Law Enforcement Agency during contract period

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contest ANF cases before the Civil / CNS Court Sialkot
• Represent the Anti Narcotic Force in legal proceedings
• Uphold the law and contribute to the fight against narcotics
• Adhere to all contractual obligations and agency guidelines
