• Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols and policies for enhanced clinical services within the corporate sector
• Evaluate disease patterns and initiate health education programs to promote wellness and healthy lifestyles
• Collaborate effectively with specialists, healthcare providers, and companies to ensure coordinated care and treatment continuity
• Analyze health data and trends to pinpoint areas for improvement and recommend appropriate interventions
• Educate employees on vital health topics, encompassing disease prevention, nutrition, and stress management techniques
• Perform regular clinical audits and site visits to ensure the clinical competency of physicians
• Undertake any other assigned tasks by the line manager
