• Assist in shortlisting patients for the cochlear implant program
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and physicians regarding treatment plans
• Implement established therapies alongside innovative techniques for optimal patient care
• Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and available therapeutic options
• Maintain detailed records of patient history and progress
• Evaluate patient progress and modify therapy programs as necessary
• Participate in conducting research to advance the department's standing through innovative ideas
• Work collaboratively within a team to enhance the effectiveness of service delivery
• Manage a caseload encompassing a variety of disorders relevant to the field
