• Provide auditory verbal therapy to IHHN cochlear implant recipients
• Assist in shortlisting patients for cochlear implant program
• Communicate with the patient, and with their family members and physicians’ effective treatment plans
• Implement tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care
• Educate patients and their families on speech disorders and available therapies
• Maintain detailed notes on patient history and progress
• Evaluate patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required
• Participate in conducting research and bring the department on the top level by innovative ideas
• Work within a team to improve the effectiveness of service delivery
• Manage caseload with variety of disorders relate to the field
