Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams and people
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a frontend developer
• Proven experience in making architectural and version deployment decisions
• High proficiency in Angular 21+ and its latest features
• Knowledge of UI component libraries, preferably PrimeNG
• Understanding of monorepos and package creation
• Experience working with Figma and UI/UX designers
• Experience developing automated tests (unit, integration, e2e)
• Experience with AI tools and agent-based programming, especially Claude Code

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide an agile team specializing in frontend architecture decisions
• Prioritize tasks with the highest impact
• Participate in the definition of the technology and functional roadmap
• Understand and coordinate with other teams to meet their needs and expectations
• Conduct individual follow-ups and year-end evaluations for team members
• Perform monthly follow-ups with your manager
• Ensure team efficiency, objective achievement, and deliverable quality
• Define short and long-term calendars and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure adherence to team and company work protocols and standards
• Utilize AI tools like Claude Code to guide the SDLC of tasks
• Act as a reference for continuous improvement of the team and architecture
• Manage team needs to help members perform at their best
