• First point of contact for Spanish-speaking online customers
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Process orders and manage customer service throughout the purchase
• Manage follow-up inquiries, returns, and complaints
• Communicate with external partners, service providers, and suppliers
• Collaborate with Business Development and Logistics departments
• Commercial training with technical experience in windows, or official qualification as a wood technician, master glazier, window technician, or comparable qualification
• Previous experience in window manufacturing or trade is advantageous
• Excellent communication and high organizational skills
• Reliability, stress resistance, and team spirit
• Very good MS Office skills
• Fluent Spanish
• Very good knowledge of English or German

Duties and Responsibilities:
