Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting research in R&D organizations
• Operating precise analytical laboratory equipment
• Ensuring quality assurance of bio-products through fermentation
• Assisting in cultivation, harvesting, and processing of agricultural crops
• Conducting chemical reactions and ensuring safe handling of raw materials
• Engaging in textile engineering, fiber processing, and industrial production systems
• Extracting hemp fiber and spinning into string
• Designing and developing fiber extraction machinery
