Assist Wing Head - CMD in implementing business strategy and client origination
Achieve sales and business targets, focusing on client acquisition and revenue generation
Identify and close cash management opportunities with existing clients
Coordinate with internal business partners for product development and customer relationship enhancement
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate accounts and services
Drive sales acquisition, sales pipeline conversion, and deal implementation
Ensure high professional standards of customer service

Manage the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
Structure mature Cash Management deals

Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for asset book building and cross-selling
Monitor risk effectively and stay abreast of market developments
Monitor the performance of the cash management business unit and prepare periodic reports
Adjust actions to achieve set annual action plans
